Father's Day FAQs
How do I reserve a table?
Father's Day (Sunday, 6/21) reservations open on Sunday, 6/7.
Apex & Cary Father's Day Brunch Buffet reservations are online only, tables during our Brunch Buffets are limited to a 1-hour time limit. Father's Day Dinner reservations are also available online.
Holly Springs & Pittsboro Father's Day Brunch & Dinner reservations are available online.

How do I modify or cancel my Father's Day reservation?
Father's Day reservations can not be canceled or modified by calling the restaurants, this includes changes to party size and reservation time. However, you can modify an existing reservation using the link in the confirmation email from OpenTable, or cancel the existing reservations and make a new reservation online with the necessary changes up to the day before Father's Day.
Will the patio be open?
Yes, the patio will be open for first come, first serve walk-in seating. Reservations can not be made for the patio for Father's Day, or any other day, however if there is a patio table available at the time you arrive for your reservation we will do our best to accommodate your seating preference.
Will you have your regular menu?
Our Apex and Cary locations will be exclusively serving our Father's Day Brunch Buffet for dine-in service only, and our Daily Menu along with Chef's Father's Day Feature will be available for dinner service.
Our Holly Springs and Pittsboro location will be serving our regular Sunday Brunch menu during brunch and our Daily Menu along with Chef's Father's Day Brunch and Dinner Features for both dine-in and takeout.
Can I place an order to go?
Our Apex and Cary will be exclusively serving our Father's Day Brunch Buffet for dine-in service only.
Our Holly Springs and Pittsboro location will be serving our regular Sunday Brunch menu and Chef's Father's Day Features for both dine-in and takeout.
What are your Father's Day hours?
Our Apex and Cary locations will be open for our Brunch Buffet from 9am to 3pm, with the last seating available at 2pm and temporarily closing at 3pm. The pub will be reopening at 5pm, serving our regular menu only.
Our Holly Springs and Pittsboro locations will be open from 9am - 11pm.
How much is the Father's Day Brunch Buffet and Chef's Features?
Brunch Buffet - $45 per person ($18 for kids under 10)
Crimson Stag Baby Back Ribs - Fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, slow-braised and glazed with our Trophy Crimson Stag barbecue sauce. Served with hand-cut fries and coleslaw, finished with crispy onion rings and fresh herbs. Available as a full rack ($32) or half rack ($25)
Beef Tenderloin Benedict - Seared tenderloin medallions and poached eggs on house-baked Harp Lager beer bread, topped with Whiskey & Brown Butter Hollandaise. Served with your choice of potato hash or fresh fruit. $20
