Emerald Isle Shrimp Martini - Poached shrimp and hand‑cut avocado, gently folded in our classic Mary Rose sauce with a splash of lemon and fresh herbs, served in a chilled martini glass with an Old Bay–seasoned rim, finished with micro‑chives and a lemon wheel.

Galway Bay Scallops - Four tender sea scallops, seared to a golden crust and served with crisp potato cakes, braised kale, and a bacon cream sauce. A refined Irish-inspired entrée to celebrate the New Year in style.

Celtic Surf & Turf - Perfectly pan‑roasted lamb loin paired with coconut‑curried shrimp, nestled on a bed of colcannon mashed potatoes. Finished with Guinness glaze, toasted coconut, green onions - an indulgent celebration of land and sea for NYE.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake - Creamy cheesecake blended with white chocolate, finished with a swirl of raspberry for a balanced, lightly sweet finish.
